We provide hotels and programs in major cities and destinations, but our specialty is in making the distinctive regions of North America accessible to the tour operator.
TourMappers provides character resorts, inns and bed & breakfasts, the type of properties that lend themselves to the destination; and we create unique fly-drives that enrich the traveler’s experience.
Escorted Coach Tours
Tour Operators can buy seats on any of our regularly scheduled escorted coach tours.
We offer escorted tours of New England in French and Italian.
Package Add-Ons
Tickets for attractions, tours, sporting events, transfers, and more can be reserved through our reservation system enabling agents to pre-sell add-ons to the consumer.
Service
Our easy-to-use booking engine allows agents to reserve hotels, fly-drive programs, attractions, and escorted tours directly through our web-based reservation system.

Detailed, day-by-day itineraries and directions are offered for all of our catalogued fly-drive packages and are available in English, French, German, and Italian. Packets are delivered to the first hotel in the program unless another hotel is specifically requested by the tour operator.
A 7-day, 24 hour emergency number is available to tour operators and their customers.
Travelers arriving in Boston are welcome to visit our office during business hours, conveniently located in the center of the city.

Customized Group Tours
Leisure Groups
TourMappers staff, knowledgeable in destinations throughout the United States and Canada will tailor programs based upon tour operator’s requests as well as guide the operator in selecting the itinerary and sites best suited for the program at hand.
Additionally, we can help the tour operator to develop new programs in new destinations, whether for an ad-hoc group or for a brochured tour series.
Our tour directors are experienced professionals, and well versed in the destination they are guiding.
We provide vehicles for groups from 29 passenger mini-coaches to 54 passenger coaches and our transportation carriers are required to provide us with only late-model vehicles.
A 7-day, 24 hour emergency number is available to tour operators and any tour leaders who may be traveling with the group.

Creativity, attention to detail, in-depth destination knowledge, and the right contacts are the important ingredients in hosting a spectacular event, tour or function and TourMappers offers all of the above.

Transportation is available for hotel transfers, hourly for half and full-day charters, or over-the road daily charters.  |
